Small garden, clever tricks

This garden was a totally neglected but now has been transformed into a wonderful outdoor living space. The new residents were not quite sure what they really wanted. Their only demand being to be able to sit outdoors comfortably. Different techniques were used to create depth such as a pergola, changes of level and a mirror. They make the garden seem larger than it actually is. Everything has been custommade so each square centimeter could be used optimally. A link is created with the indoors by using the same colours and materials. One of the details is a stainless steel cable on top of the stainless steel pergola to deter birds from sitting on it.
